Any person may offer him or herself as a candidate for membership in the church and are presented to the church at any regular church service for membership.  People join by profession of faith, transfer of membership from another Baptist church, by statement of a prior conversion experience and baptism by immersion, or by transfer from a non-Baptist Christian church with a statement of the believer's baptism.  

There is a Membership Class each month where you can meet with staff to learn about the history of UHBC, ask questions, and get to know more about the church before becoming a member.
