Originally named The International Coffee House, UHBC purchased the building of the original Hideaway Pizza with plans to create a transitional environment for international students.

In 2008, we rebranded as The Coffee House and built a place where people could come connect, study, read and, of course, drink coffee (or other specialty drinks).

04 ▪ RESERVE A ROOM

Three rooms available by the half or full day

Rooms can be reserved for your event by the half day or full day. Requests that conflict with scheduled church events or regular coffee house hours generally can’t be accommodated, and we reserve the right to decline reservations based on religious convictions.

Kitchen Policy
All food must be brought in. There are no prep facilities. Our kitchen is drink-only, and appliances are for coffee house and church use only.

Booking process
Once booked, you’ll sign a short contract and pay at least a week before your event. We accept credit card (3.5% processing fee), cash or checks.
