ELDER QUALIFICATIONS CONTINUED:
6. Maintain attractive behavior
7. Hospitable and friendly
APPLICATION #1: Invite someone to your home in the next 30 days.
8. Able to teach
A. The way they teach must be gracious and kind
APPLICATION #2: Care more about the person than your position
B. The content of what they teach must be true
C. They are teachable
APPLICATION #3: FIND SOMEONE TO MENTOR OR DISCIPLE YOU
9. Wise in their use of freedom
10. Are not always ready to attack
11. Courteous and fair
12. Encourage peace
13. Money isn't the driving force in their life
14. Manages his own family well
