Even if a person in a position fails, falls, or disappoints, it doesn't nullify the necessity of the position.

Elder Qualifications Part 1:

A. It takes time to observe
B. Our motives may be deceptive
C. The cost to family may be great
D. The personal cost may be sacrificial
E. You must be noticed

2. Be generally blameless or above reproach

3. Must be a one-woman man

4. Needs to live a balanced life

5. Able to restrain themselves
